Before contacting support — checklist

Help us help you faster by checking these first:

  • Search this documentation (use the search box in the left sidebar)
  • Check the FAQ page for your question
  • Note the exact error message (take a screenshot)
  • Note the steps that led to the error
  • Note your browser and OS version

What to include in your support request

  • Company name and your Fateh ERP URL
  • Document number (e.g., "Invoice SAL-INV-2025-00123")
  • Screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour
  • What you expected vs. what happened
For ZATCA rejection issues, always include the ZATCA error code shown on the invoice. This helps us resolve the issue much faster.

Training & onboarding
