Before contacting support — checklist
Help us help you faster by checking these first:
- Search this documentation (use the search box in the left sidebar)
- Check the FAQ page for your question
- Note the exact error message (take a screenshot)
- Note the steps that led to the error
- Note your browser and OS version
What to include in your support request
- Company name and your Fateh ERP URL
- Document number (e.g., "Invoice SAL-INV-2025-00123")
- Screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour
- What you expected vs. what happened
For ZATCA rejection issues, always include the ZATCA error code shown on the invoice. This helps us resolve the issue much faster.
